1.准备食材,鸭腿洗净,香菇温水泡发。

2.鸭腿切块后,冷水下锅,大火烧开后小火逼出血沫。

3.鸭块焯水后洗去浮沫,姜切片,香菇对半切。香菇水去渣留用。

4.热锅少油,下姜片鸭腿,大火翻炒至鸭皮微黄。

5.加入料酒、白糖、老抽、生抽,翻炒上色后,加八角、桂皮、香叶,倒入香菇水。

6.盖盖后,大火烧开,中小火焖一刻钟。

7.水快收干时,开盖,加香油,翻炒大火收汁。汤汁浓稠即可出锅。
